Daily serving: Adults, 2 capsules per day. Either take both capsules first thing in the morning or spilt into 2 doses, in the morning and later in the day.

How does Xtendlife Multi-Xtra compare with other multivitamin products on the market?

The biggest differences are in the form of vitamins used. For example, we use only the best natural forms of ingredients. These are the most expensive forms, but they provide the best efficacy. They are 'grown' rather than being a derivative of petrochemicals. This is often not the case with lesser priced, mass-produced multivitamins.

For instance, the Vitamin B2 in Multi-Xtra is a special form known as Riboflavin-5-Phosphate which is around 10 times as expensive as the ordinary B2.

Will Multi-Xtra help with allergies such as hay fever and pollen?

Many allergies are thought to be brought on by multiple factors including nutrient deficiencies. The nutrients in Multi-Xtra will help to resolve nutrient deficiencies, however there is no guarantee this will help with allergies.

Is Multi-Xtra suitable for vegetarians?

Yes, this product is suitable for vegetarians to take.

Will this supplement interfere with prescription medications?

All supplements should be taken 2-3 hours away from prescription medication. We recommend checking with your doctor before beginning any supplement.

Can I take other Xtendlife supplements alongside Multi-Xtra?

Yes, you can. All our products are formulated to work synergistically with each other.

Can I take Multi-Xtra if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

No, we do not recommend this. The only product we recommend during this time is our Omega 3/DHA fish oil, which has valuable properties to support both the health of the mother and baby.

Fish oil is highly recommended by many medical professionals during pregnancy and breastfeeding to help support infant brain development, as well as systemic organ growth. It can also play a valuable role in supporting the post-natal mood and brain function of the mother. As the baby draws from the mother's precious stores of DHA, they can easily become depleted, therefore supporting levels with a supplement such as Omega 3 / DHA fish oil is very wise.
